XVER CO., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company" or "we") recognizes the importance of personal data protection in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA). This policy is established to clarify details regarding the collection, use, disclosure, and security protection of your personal data in using our Cloud Compute, Bare Metal, and cloud infrastructure services.

We collect necessary information for service provision as follows:- Personal Information: Full name, national ID number, or corporate registration number
- Contact Information: Address, phone number, email
- Financial and Transaction Information:
Payment history and information necessary for issuing tax invoices
- Note: Credit card information will be processed directly through third-party service providers (Omise). The Company will not store card passwords or detailed financial information on our servers.
Data Responsibility Limitation on Cloud Systems: As a Cloud Infrastructure Provider, the Company will not access, modify, or disclose any data or resources that you store or process on your Cloud Compute system, except with written consent or in accordance with legal orders.
2. Purposes of Data Processing
We use your data under contractual and legal bases for the following purposes:- For Service Provision: Conduct resource allocation and manage Cloud Infrastructure services according to your subscription
- For Payment: Verify and confirm financial transactions through the Omise system for maximum security
- For Communication: Notify usage status, announce infrastructure updates, and provide technical assistance
- For Legal Compliance: Such as issuing tax invoices and retaining computer traffic data as required by law
- For Service Development: Analyze statistics to improve efficiency, stability, and overall cloud system security
3. Disclosure of Personal Data
We will not disclose your data to external parties except:- Third-party Service Providers: Such as Omise (for payment system) to complete transactions
- Government Agencies: When there is a court order or legal process order from authorized agencies
4. Rights of Data Subjects (Your Rights)
You have the right to manage your data under PDPA law as follows:- Right to access and receive copies of personal data stored by the Company
- Right to request correction of data to be accurate and up-to-date
- Right to request deletion or destruction of data when the retention period ends
- Right to request suspension or objection to data processing in certain cases
- Right to withdraw consent for data collection
5. Data Security Measures
- We store data in systems with Encryption for both data transmission and storage
- Access Control measures are used to limit data access only to relevant personnel according to their assigned duties
- The system has security Monitoring 24 hours a day to prevent unauthorized access
