2. Refund Eligibility
2.1 Pay-As-You-Go Services
- Pay-as-you-go charges generally cannot be refunded once the service has been delivered
- If you were incorrectly charged due to a billing error, you may request a refund within 30 days of the charge
- Refunds for billing errors will be processed to the original payment method
2.3 Prepaid Credits
- Prepaid credits cannot be refunded once purchased
- Credits do not expire and can be used for future services
- Credits cannot be transferred between accounts
3. Service Level Agreement (SLA) Credits
- If we fail to meet our 99.9% uptime SLA commitment, you may be eligible for service credits
- SLA credits are calculated as a percentage of your monthly invoice based on downtime duration
- SLA credits must be requested within 30 days of the incident
- SLA credits are applied to future invoices and not issued as cash refunds
- Maximum SLA credit is limited to one month of service fees
4. Special Circumstances
4.1 Service Termination
If XVer terminates a service you are using, you will receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of that service, or we will assist you in migrating to an equivalent service at no additional cost.
4.2 Account Closure
- When you close your account, any positive balance may be refunded if it exceeds $10 USD
- Refunds for account closure are processed within 30 days
- Bank transfer fees may be deducted from the refund amount
4.3 Fraudulent Activity
If your account is terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service, including fraudulent activity, no refund will be issued. This includes but is not limited to:
- Use of stolen payment methods
- Use of our services for illegal activities
- Attempts to circumvent our billing system
5. Refund Request Process
- Contact our support team at support@xver.cloud with your refund request
- Provide your account email, invoice number, and reason for the refund request
- Submit any relevant documentation or evidence supporting your request
- Our team will review your request within 5-7 business days
- If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed
6. Refund Methods
- Credit/Debit Card: Refunds are processed to the original card within 5-10 business days
- Bank Transfer: Refunds are processed within 10-15 business days. Bank fees may apply
- PayPal: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
- Account Credit: Applied immediately to your XVer account balance
Note: Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
7. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Setup fees and one-time configuration charges
- Professional service fees and consulting charges
- Domain registrations and SSL certificate purchases
- Third-party services and add-ons purchased through XVer
- Custom development work
- Training programs and certifications
8. Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with our refund decision, you may appeal your request:
- Submit a detailed appeal to billing@xver.cloud within 30 days of the decision
- Include any additional information supporting your case
- Our billing team will review and respond within 10 business days
- If still unresolved, you may pursue dispute resolution as outlined in our Terms of Service
9. Promotional Credits and Discounts
- Promotional credits have no cash value and cannot be refunded
- Promotional pricing or discounts do not apply retroactively to existing subscriptions
- Free trial credits expire at the end of the trial period and cannot be converted to cash
10. Currency and Exchange Rates
- All refunds are processed in the original currency of payment
- If the original payment method is no longer available, we will issue the refund via bank transfer
- Exchange rate fluctuations may affect the final refund amount for international transactions
11. Taxes
- Refunds include any applicable taxes paid on the original transaction
- You are responsible for reporting refunds for tax purposes in your jurisdiction
- Tax refund eligibility depends on local tax laws and regulations
12. Exceptions
XVer reserves the right to make exceptions to this refund policy on a case-by-case basis. Any exceptions are at our sole discretion and do not create a precedent for future requests.
